Refund & Cancellation Policy

When your contract starts
Your contract with us begins when we confirm your order (including in-clinic bookings and at-home test kits).

Your right to cancel (14 days)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of the order confirmation. Where you cancel within this period, we will issue a partial refund to reflect costs already incurred (for example, administration, order processing, and any kit/dispatch costs). To cancel, contact us using the details below.

Full refunds where the service falls short
If, through no fault of yours, we’re unable to provide the service as agreed, you’ll receive a full refund for any services paid for but not received. 

At-home test kits

  • Cancellation and reimbursement requests for home kits are only actionable within 14 days of order confirmation. 

  • For health protection and hygiene reasons, opened or used kits are not eligible for return or refund. (This aligns with how home testing providers handle hygiene-sensitive products and the limited 14-day window referenced above.) 

Delays outside our control
If a delay outside our control creates a risk of substantial delay, you may end the contract and receive a refund for services paid for but not received. 

How to request a cancellation or refund

Please include your order number, full name, contact details, and (for kits) the URN if applicable.

After you cancel
Once we confirm your cancellation:

  • We’ll process the applicable refund to your original payment method.

  • Where a kit has already been dispatched but remains unopened and you’re within 14 days, we may deduct reasonable costs already incurred. 

Items and scenarios that aren’t refundable

  • Opened/used at-home kits (hygiene reasons).

  • Services already fully performed (e.g., completed appointments/tests).

  • Requests made after the 14-day window for at-home kit orders.
