Magnesium is vital for muscle function, heart rhythm, and energy production. Deficiency can cause cramps, fatigue, or arrhythmias, while excess may indicate kidney problems. The Red Cell Magnesium Test, also known as the RBC Magnesium Test, measures magnesium levels in Red Cells to detect imbalances affecting your health and daily activities.
Why Magnesium RBC Test Matters?
Low magnesium levels can contribute to fatigue, muscle cramps, irregular heartbeat, and other health concerns. This magnesium deficiency test is especially useful if you have ongoing symptoms, as it highlights long-term magnesium balance rather than short-term fluctuations.
